CookBuddy provides:

• AI-powered analysis of recipe content
• Structured extraction of ingredients, instructions, and equipment
• Cloud storage of user-generated recipe data
• Organizational tools and related features

We may modify or discontinue features at any time

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription details:

• Title: CookBuddy Membership
• Duration: Monthly / Yearly
• Price: Displayed in-app at time of purchase
• Benefits: Unlimited recipe additions to your account, ability to add recipes from all supported platforms, access to all recipes added to your account while subscribed even after cancellation of membership

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4.2 iOS Subscriptions (Apple)

If you subscribe via an iOS device:

• Payment is processed through your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions are managed through Apple.
• You may manage or cancel via:
  Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Apple’s standard End User License Agreement may apply:

We do not control Apple’s billing system.

4.3 Android Subscriptions (Google Play)

If you subscribe via Android:

• Payment is processed through Google Play.
• Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account.
• Cancellation is handled through Google Play settings.

Google Play’s terms also apply.

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

For:

• Apple purchases → request refund through Apple
• Google purchases → request refund through Google

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process content for AI analysis
• Store content in your account
• Improve the Service

You represent that:

• You have rights to upload the content
• Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and structure recipe data.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Nutritional correctness
• Safety of cooking instructions

You are responsible for verifying results before use.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Interfere with security systems

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding user content) belong to Brennan Technologies LLC.

You may not:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Modify
• Resell
• Reverse engineer

without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

• If you violate these Terms
• If required by law
• If the Service is discontinued

You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Brennan Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Personal injury related to cooking instructions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brennan Technologies LLC from claims arising out of:

• Your content
• Your misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
